[轉貼]代理理論(Agency Theory)
一、 代理理論的定義
代理理論的觀點起源於1960 年代及1970 年代初期， 經濟學家開始探討個人與組織間的風險分攤（ risk-sharing）問題。而代理理論認為除了風險分攤外， 當合作團體間成員有不同目標或組織分工， 也會引起代理問題。Eisenhardt（1985,1989 ）認為，代理理論除了解決風險分攤問題外， 更欲解決主理人與代理人目標衝突（goal conflict）的問題。
當主理人依賴代理人去為其利益採取某些行動時，即發生代理問題。代理人使用主理人的某些資源，代理銷售其產品或服務，並在契約規範下，滿足自身的目標及主理人的目標，所以這其間有代理關係。
簡言之，代理理論主要探討各種代理關係的發生及其管理機制。

中年失業　人生40~50=失業
東區的熱鬧街頭上，四十五歲的李先生站在路邊發送傳單，圓圓的臉上沒有什麼表情，只有額前垂落的幾絲白髮和黯然的眼神，透露出他的辛酸。
在貿易公司工作長達二十三年，被逼退時，只拿到新台幣50萬元。失業兩年，偶爾打打零工。一家四口沒有收入，泡麵、冷凍水餃成了主食；有時幸運買到黃昏市場賣剩的便當，兩個孩子才能加菜。
欠稅、欠健保費，連小孩學費都欠，念國中的兒子，課本用回收紙一張張影印湊和著用。夫妻兩人找不到工作，十三歲的大兒子自告奮勇要到超商打工，但商家不敢收童工。對未來，他嘴角帶著一絲嘲諷，笑著說，「孩子，你要什麼，爸爸A給你。」
